Again this year, Breda city centre will be overflowing with activities on the traditional Nassau Day Breda in all its glory. Of course, you can visit Breda's premier Nassau monument on this day for free guided tours by guides from Gilde de Baronie or free tower climbs by guides from the Bellringers Guild Breda.

- Boudewijn van de Calseijde of the KMA. Historical Collection Foundation / Het Kasteel gives a lecture at 8 pm on the Siege and Surrender of Breda in 1624 and 1625. Click here for info and tickets.
Route and parking
Coming by train? The Grote Kerk Breda is a 10-minute walk from Breda railway station. The church is also easily accessible by bus. You can walk to us in a few minutes from the Karnemelkstraat or Vlaszak bus stops.
Coming by bike or moped? Then park in one of the free bicycle parking facilities. Improperly parked bicycles are regularly removed by the municipality.
Coming by car? The car parks De Prins and De Barones are closest to the Grote Kerk Breda. Click here for general information on parking in Breda.
