Become a Friend
You can support the church in various ways. For example, by becoming a Friend. You can become a Friend of the Grote Kerk Breda for as little as € 25 a year.
You receive a lot in return:
- a unique breastpin
- a Friend Card, which entitles you to discounts on selected products and events
- monthly updates via our digital newsletter
- an enjoyable Friends' Afternoon where we celebrate our friendship
- pride in being part of this magnificent monument
Worth noting
- For every euro you donate as a Friend, the government contributes an extra 2 euros. So your donation is tripled.
- If you make your donation to the Grote Kerk Breda as a periodic payment for at least five years, you can deduct it from your taxes without any threshold.
- If you donate to the Grote Kerk Breda in your will with an inheritance or bequest, 100% of the amount goes to preserving the church. The donation is exempt from inheritance tax.
